One of the largest gov-techs in Brazil

Grupo EL is one of the top gov-tech references in Brazil. With 32 years of operation, more than 600 employees, and a presence in 800+ municipalities across 9 states, the group maintains more than 3,500 software products installed in production — critical systems that run the day-to-day operations of municipalities of every size.

The ecosystem includes EL Produções as the mothership and specialized subsidiaries: Sapitur (Rio de Janeiro representative), Geocamp and Georastreamento (telemetry and tracking for municipal fleets), and Elonline (online portals).

In this context, koy.haus contributed by embedding senior engineers in specific fronts — modernizing legacy modules, designing new API layers, and delivering real-time telemetry dashboards for the tracking subsidiaries.
